Long-term forklift rental in all of Paraguay

What long-term forklift rental brings to port and industrial facilities

Long-term forklift rental provides logistics terminals, river ports, and manufacturing plants with dedicated material handling capacity without capital expenditure. For facilities operating in all of Paraguay, managing breakbulk, palletized cargo, and containerized goods requires reliable lifting machinery. Long-term contracting allows managers to secure specialized machinery configured for their site layout, surface conditions, and daily throughput requirements.

Rather than locking financial reserves into depreciating assets, operational leaders preserve working capital while securing modern machinery. ELEVA provides heavy handling equipment from 10 to 46 tons under rental contracts starting from six months, covering heavy forklifts, terminal tractors, and reach stackers. For lighter warehouse tasks up to 7 tons, ELEVA supplies new and pre-owned forklifts and pallet jacks for purchase.

How to choose between purchasing and long-term equipment contracts

Selecting the right equipment model depends on operating hours, capital allocation, and cargo characteristics. While a short-term forklift rental addresses brief operational peaks, continuous logistics operations gain greater budget predictability through multi-month or multi-year agreements.

When evaluating fleet options, technical managers review key operational criteria:

Lifting capacity and load centers: ELEVA rents heavy equipment from 10 to 46 tons for port yards and heavy manufacturing, while units up to 7 tons are available for purchase.
Powertrain selection: Operations choose between electric, diesel, and internal combustion options based on indoor air standards, ventilation, and duty cycles.
Equipment condition: ELEVA supplies new machinery from represented brands with factory warranties, alongside fully inspected pre-owned units with limited warranties subject to monthly stock availability.
Contract duration: Rental agreements are structured for six months, one year, or multiple years, allowing fleet scaling as demand shifts.

How much is LPG costing your operation?

Internal combustion forklifts powered by liquefied petroleum gas involve operational expenses that extend far beyond the fuel purchase price. To understand the true financial impact of LPG on your balance sheet, evaluate these core cost drivers:

Hourly fuel consumption rate: Calculate actual gas consumption under full load cycles rather than idling estimates.
Cylinder exchange labor: Swapping cylinders requires halting work while personnel handle, inspect, and connect pressurized bottles, creating accumulated operational downtime.
Storage space and safety: Pressurized gas cylinders require dedicated, ventilated outdoor storage areas complying with safety clearances, taking up usable facility space.
Mechanical maintenance: Combustion engines require frequent oil changes, filter replacements, and cooling system maintenance caused by heat and carbon residues.
Ventilation requirements: Enclosed operations in all of Paraguay must install continuous ventilation systems to remove toxic exhaust gases and protect worker health.

ELEVA invites your management team to request a customized fleet audit to compare current fuel expenses against modern electric alternatives.

Advantages of an electric forklift

Modern electric forklifts deliver distinct operational advantages for industrial yards, food processing facilities, and indoor logistics centers:

Zero emissions: Electric powertrains produce no exhaust gases, making them essential for indoor warehouses, food storage, pharmaceuticals, and cold rooms.
Silent operation: Low noise levels enhance workplace safety by enabling personnel to communicate clearly and maintain situational awareness.
Reduced maintenance: Without engine blocks, transmissions, radiators, or fuel filters, electric units eliminate numerous wear parts and fluid disposal costs.
Streamlined charging routines: Energy replenishment occurs through planned charging cycles scheduled during shift handovers, removing the hazards of cylinder handling and bulk fuel deliveries.
