What maintenance services are included in ELEVA rental contracts in all of Paraguay?

ELEVA rental contracts include full preventive and corrective maintenance, genuine replacement parts, and monitoring through the IntegraOne CMMS platform. In the event of an unscheduled mechanical failure, equipment replacement is provided within 24 hours to ensure continuous operation.

Can ELEVA service or replace mixed-brand forklift fleets?

ELEVA provides comprehensive support for its represented brands, including Hangcha, Genma, Meclift, and Westwell. If your facility operates equipment from brands such as Toyota, Hyster, Kalmar, or Linde, our technical team evaluates your operational requirements and provides equivalent high-performance alternatives from our represented portfolio.

How does the hour-meter maintenance plan work for industrial operations?

Maintenance intervals are established according to actual machine operating hours tracked through the IntegraOne CMMS system. This proactive scheduling ensures fluids, filters, and structural components receive service at precise intervals before wear can cause unexpected downtime.

What equipment capacities are available for sale and rental from ELEVA?

ELEVA offers forklifts and pallet jacks up to 7 tons for sale in new and pre-owned condition. For heavier operations, rental contracts covering 10 to 46 tons include heavy forklifts, reach stackers, terminal tractors, and specialized Meclift container-handling units.

Forklift service in all of Paraguay

Forklift service and technical support for industrial operations

Forklift service is essential for maintaining productivity, equipment reliability, and workplace safety across manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, and river terminals in all of Paraguay. Industrial material handling requires rigorous technical care, because unexpected machinery downtime disrupts internal supply chains, delays loading schedules, and generates avoidable operational expenses.

Professional technical support covers both structured preventive inspections and rapid corrective intervention. Engaging an experienced partner ensures that your machinery operates according to factory parameters, minimizing component wear and extending equipment lifespan.

When to contract dedicated technical support

High daily operating hours: Fleets running across multiple shifts require scheduled inspections based on hour-meter readings to prevent sudden mechanical failures.
Severe operating environments: Dusty yards, river port quays, and high-humidity storage areas accelerate filter clogging and hydraulic wear.
Critical supply chain nodes: Facilities where a single disabled forklift halts receiving, production line feeding, or outbound dispatch.

How to choose the right equipment and service model

Selecting appropriate material handling equipment and support programs in all of Paraguay requires balancing load profiles, operating environments, and financial commitments. Operations must evaluate several key criteria before deciding between purchasing machines or establishing long-term rental agreements.

Rated lifting capacity: ELEVA supplies new and pre-owned forklifts as well as manual and electric pallet jacks up to 7 tons for sale, while heavy forklifts from 10 to 46 tons, reach stackers, and terminal tractors are available under rental contracts.
Power source: Electric forklifts provide quiet, zero-emission handling indoors, while internal combustion units handle open yards and rough outdoor surfaces.
Contract duration: Long-term rental agreements starting from a minimum of six months eliminate capital expenditure, protect working capital, and include comprehensive maintenance.
Fleet condition: New machinery offers factory warranties and the latest technology, whereas inspected pre-owned units provide dependable performance with lower initial investment.

How much is LPG costing your operation?

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) remains common in combustion forklifts, but tracking the complete cost of gas operation reveals expenses far beyond the fuel supply invoice itself. Evaluating your true operational expenditure requires analyzing several interrelated cost drivers:

Hourly fuel consumption: Continuous throttle modulation, heavy ramp climbing, and idling during staging cycles steadily increase fuel consumption per operating hour.
Cylinder procurement and inventory storage: Purchasing replacement tanks, managing dedicated storage cages, and handling external supplier delivery schedules add logistical overhead.
Downtime during cylinder exchanges: Every tank change forces the operator to halt work, drive to the storage area, shut down the engine, swap cylinders, and conduct leak checks, accumulating lost operating time across each shift.
Ventilation demands in enclosed areas: Combustion exhaust generates carbon monoxide and heat, requiring investment in mechanical exhaust systems or building modifications to maintain safe air quality.
Storage safety protocols: Pressurized gas cylinders require strict safety perimeters, specialized outdoor cages, fire suppression equipment, and ongoing safety monitoring.

Calculate your internal costs by multiplying daily tank swaps by the labor minutes lost, combined with storage management and fuel purchasing. Contact ELEVA to request a customized comparative assessment comparing your current LPG expenditure against modern electric alternatives.

Advantages of an electric forklift

Electric forklifts have transformed industrial logistics, offering exceptional efficiency, cleaner working environments, and streamlined technical upkeep for modern warehouses and manufacturing plants.

Zero exhaust emissions: Eliminating combustion fumes creates a clean working atmosphere, making electric machines mandatory for food processing, pharmaceutical handling, beverage distribution, and cold storage facilities.
Quiet and ergonomic operation: Low acoustic output reduces warehouse noise stress, improving operator concentration and workplace safety during indoor maneuvers.
Reduced mechanical maintenance: Electric drivetrains eliminate motor oil, oil filters, spark plugs, drive belts, radiators, and exhaust components, substantially reducing routine servicing requirements.
Simplified energy replenishment: Battery recharging or opportunity charging during operator breaks replaces the physical labor, safety risks, and handling delays of exchanging heavy gas cylinders.
Shift alignment: Battery systems can be matched to single-shift or multi-shift operational routines, maximizing machine availability throughout the working day.

Common operational mistakes and preventive inspection checklist

Material handling efficiency depends on disciplined daily routines and proactive machine care. Avoiding standard operational mistakes helps logistics managers safeguard personnel and prevent premature mechanical wear.

Frequent operational errors

Ignoring early warning indicators: Operating machinery with illuminated warning lights, abnormal hydraulic sounds, or minor fluid seepage leads to catastrophic component failure.
Neglecting hour-meter thresholds: Postponing scheduled servicing beyond recommended operating hours invalidates warranty coverage and accelerates drivetrain wear.
Uncertified machine operation: Untrained drivers subject masts, tires, and transmissions to aggressive impacts, improper load positioning, and excessive tire scrubbing.

Daily pre-operation inspection checklist

Inspect hydraulic cylinders, hoses, and ground areas for oil leaks.
Verify tire condition, wheel lug torque, and tread integrity.
Check fork tines for cracks, distortion, or uneven wear.
Test mast chains, lift cylinders, and carriage attachments across full travel.
Verify horn, reverse alarms, headlights, and safety beacons.
Test braking performance, steering response, and emergency disconnect switches.
