Electric stacker in all of Paraguay

When to choose an electric stacker for your warehouse

Electric stacker equipment provides an efficient lifting and transport solution for indoor logistics, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. Designed to place palletized cargo into intermediate and high racking without the large footprint of a counterbalanced forklift, this machinery bridges the gap between manual pallet jacks and heavy trucks. Facilities in all of Paraguay rely on these compact units to navigate narrow storage aisles and staging areas where turning clearance is limited.

Standard industrial applications include:

Organizing pallet racks in commercial warehouses and bonded depots.
Feeding raw materials to production lines and staging finished goods.
Loading and unloading cargo in cross-docking bays with tight turning radiuses.
Handling sensitive inventory in clean manufacturing and temperature-controlled facilities.

Matching mast profile, turning radius, and rated capacity ensures efficient material flow across your facility in all of Paraguay.

How to select the right electric stacker

Selecting the right equipment requires evaluating facility layout, duty cycles, and storage infrastructure. A mismatch between mast specifications and racking dimensions restricts productivity and creates safety hazards.

Key criteria to evaluate include:

Nominal and residual capacity: Maximum allowable weight decreases as lifting height increases depending on load center. Always verify the manufacturer load chart.
Mast type and lift height: Duplex or triplex masts offer varying collapsed heights and free lift, essential for passing through standard doors.
Aisle width and turning radius: Pedestrian walkie configurations require less aisle width than rider models, making them ideal for high-density layouts.
Floor surface condition: Polyurethane wheels perform reliably on smooth indoor concrete, while uneven surfaces require adequate chassis clearance.
Equipment condition: High-throughput operations benefit from new machinery with factory warranty, whereas single-shift facilities can lower capital commitments with inspected semi-new units.

How much is LPG costing your operation?

Internal combustion machines powered by liquefied petroleum gas involve ongoing operational costs that extend beyond initial acquisition. To assess the true expense on your operation in all of Paraguay, examine these key factors:

Fuel consumption per operating hour: Tally the volume of gas consumed across daily shifts. Machine idling during staging or scanning continues to burn fuel without moving goods.
Cylinder logistics and storage: Ordering, handling, and storing pressurized gas cylinders consume floor space and administrative time.
Downtime during cylinder replacement: Each time an operator stops handling cargo to replace and inspect a cylinder, warehouse workflow pauses.
Indoor ventilation needs: Combustion engines generate exhaust emissions, requiring dedicated ventilation systems to maintain indoor air quality.
Storage safety measures: Storing pressurized flammable gas bottles requires dedicated outdoor storage cages and strict safety procedures.

By reviewing your fuel usage, handling time, and ventilation demands, you can calculate your current operating baseline. Contact ELEVA to request an operational comparison between your combustion equipment and electric alternatives.

Advantages of an electric forklift

Transitioning material handling tasks to electric power provides practical operational advantages for logistics and industrial facilities:

Zero exhaust emissions: Electric motors generate no carbon monoxide or exhaust particulates. This makes them ideal for enclosed warehouses, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and cold storage facilities.
Quiet operation: Electric powertrains reduce acoustic noise significantly. Lower sound levels enhance communication among warehouse personnel and improve situational awareness.
Fewer mechanical engine components: Electric machines eliminate engine oil, spark plugs, belts, filters, and exhaust systems, reducing routine maintenance demands.
Recharge routines by shift: Rather than swapping heavy fuel cylinders, operators recharge batteries between shifts or during scheduled downtime, simplifying energy management.

These benefits deliver reliable daily handling while supporting a clean, productive working environment.

Operational mistakes to avoid in daily use

Proper operation protects your investment and ensures safe warehouse material handling:

Exceeding residual capacity: Lifting loads to top rack beams without reviewing derating capacity risks tipping. Always inspect load charts before elevating heavy pallets.
Traveling on uneven slopes: Electric stackers are engineered for level concrete floors. Operating on rough yard surfaces or steep ramps causes premature drive wheel damage.
Irregular charging habits: Unplanned charging interruptions reduce battery lifespan. Establishing consistent charging protocols aligned with work shifts protects battery health.
Skipping operator training: Proper handling requires familiarity with emergency reverse switches and braking distances. ELEVA partners with clients to conduct practical operator instruction.
Neglecting scheduled inspections: Deferring mast chain, roller, or hydraulic fluid checks leads to avoidable downtime. Following hour-meter maintenance schedules maintains machine readiness.
